Hello! It’s been a while, right? I’ve thought so often about you, wondering how you’ve fared this last year. I have missed writing but have not had much to say. I still feel a bit that way; at the same time, I am tugged by the wanting to connect. I’d love to hear from you!

For me, the cocooning nature of this past year inspired intense experiential work on all levels; body, mind, and spirit. I’ve come undone in such a good way. I’m waking up, coming alive, emerging not only from the past year but from years of a somewhat muffled state of being, particularly in my body.

I took several months off from teaching Gyrokinesis, which I’ve offered weekly for the last 15 or so years. I wanted to engage purely as a student without the overlay of being a teacher. I’ve been immersed in online Gyrokinesis classes and courses, taking 2-4 classes a week. I am re-inspired, re-educated, and liberated by the bounty of respect, intelligence, and reverence this work offers. I have a much more direct and consistent experience of how the ongoing practice of Gyrokinesis frees the body from tension or strain through an uninterrupted flow of movement and breath. It provides a nourishing and nurturing of the body that creates a sense of significant presence and fierce freedom. I feel fundamentally released, noticeably stronger, and much more resilient – more organic and integrated with this incredible body of work. I’d love to share this with you.

Existing and New Classes starting in May:

Classes will take place outdoors (in my backyard) when the weather permits and in my in-home studio when it’s too hot or too cold. In the chart below, the * indicates an existing class.
